Sungailiat is a regency located in Bangka Island, Bangka Belitung province. This regency is known as the second-largest settlement on the island, right after the capital city of Bangka Belitung, Pangkal Pinang. This town is located on the eastern coast of the island, around 30 kilometers north of Pangkal Pinang.
